Submissions

The projects we work on are for commercially released artists only.

Our company works broadly as suppliers of music to the AV industry. Our music publishing company has a music placement executive who works with individual musicians and labels exclusively representing their interests in the AV world. Our music supervision company works for film and TV programme makers finding music for their projects.

Although these are separate companies and work independently there is inevitably some cross fertilisation and cooperation between them. However general Film/TV music submissions do not mean we represent your interests; we will simply be saying to a film maker that your track may work in a particular scene. One of our music supervisors will contact you if it becomes a serious contender.

If you are interested in our publishing services or exclusive representation for AV placement please email MP3s of your three favourite tracks using the MUSIC SUBMISSION FORMAT below in a Wetransfer, Box, Dropbox or similar link to submissions@tsmuk.com with music placement or music publishing submission in the subject line.

If you are a record label or artist releasing music commercially and you simply want to let us know your music is available for licensing we would love to hear from you. Because of the number of submissions we are sorry but cannot respond or give feedback. If we believe a track might work in an upcoming project, by submitting the track, you give us permission let AV companies hear it and that you are broadly aware of the standard commercial terms on which tracks are licensed.

In this case please email MP3s of your three favourite tracks using the MUSIC SUBMISSION FORMAT below in a Wetransfer, Box, Dropbox or similar link to music@thinksyncmusic.com with Film/TV music submission in the subject line.

MUSIC SUBMISSION FORMAT

Loading tracks onto our secure server is automated and depends entirely on the track(s) or album being correctly formatted AND tagged. You can find brief written music submission instructions here and a short video:

If you are a composer or producer writing music specifically for sync we cannot help. We do not work on projects requiring bespoke music.
