Starring Octavia Spencer (Ma) and Juliette Lewis, the story follows a loner who befriends a group of unsuspecting teenagers and offers them a sanctuary, as long as they obey her house rules. Ma’s hospitality curdles into obsession and what begins as a teenage dream turns into a terrorizing nightmare – Ma’s place goes from the best place in town to the worst place on earth.
