The Devil’s Hour | Teaser

The Devil’s Hour, written by Tom Moran and executive produced by Steven Moffatt is a 6-part drama thriller series for Amazon Prime TV, starring Peter Capaldi and Jessica Raine. The series tells the story of a woman who wakes up every night at exactly 3.33AM, in the middle of the so-called devil’s hour between 3AM and 4AM.

We were the music supervisors for the teaser, which features a trailerised cover by Kings and Creatures, of the Talking Heads hit, ‘Road To Nowhere’.

Decision To Leave | Trailer and 5-star review

We are excited to announce that the highly anticipated South Korean mystery film, Decision to Leave, is in competition for the prestigious Palme d’Or award at Cannes Film Festival 2022!

Decision to Leave, directed by Park Chan-wook (The Handmaiden, Oldboy, The Vengeance Trilogy), is about a detective who falls in love with a mysterious woman, who happens to be the prime suspect in a murder investigation.

We are excited to announce that Ali and Ava is now available to watch on video-on-demand platforms. Available to stream on Netflix, Virgin TV Go and buy or rent on Apple TV, Sky Store, Chili, Rakuten TV, BFI Player, Curzon Home Cinema etc.

Ali & Ava, directed by Clio Barnard, is a contemporary love story about two people, played by Adeel Akhtar and Claire Rushbrook, both hiding secrets which could disrupt their families’ lives, who develop a deep connection based on their shared love of music.

Connie handled the music supervision with Dom Farley assisting and Claire Munro handled the licensing.

The Essex Serpent | Launches on 13th May 2022

We are thrilled to announce that The Essex Serpent, directed by Clio Barnard, is launching on AppleTV+ on 13th May 2022. The cast include Clare Danes (Homeland), Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Frank Dillane (Fear The Walking Dead), Clémence Poésy (Harry Potter), Jamael Westman (Hamilton) and Dixie Egerickx (Patrick Melrose).

The Essex Serpent follows London widow Cora Seaborne (Danes), who moves to Essex to investigate reports of a mythical serpent. She forms a bond of science and scepticism with the pastor (Hiddleston), but when tragedy strikes, locals accuse her of attracting the creature.

Connie Farr was the music supervisor and Thirty Six Minutes Ltd. handled the music licensing. The series features traditional music from the 1800s and score composed by Dustin O’Halloran and Herdis Stefansdottir.

Good Luck To You, Leo Grande | Official Trailer

Good Luck To You, Leo Grande follows Nancy, played by Emma Thompson, a retired widow who hires a good-looking young sex worker called Leo Grande, in the hope of enjoying a night of pleasure and self-discovery after an unfulfilling married life.

We were the Music Supervisors for the trailer and Good Luck To You, Leo Grande hits cinemas on 17th June 2022.

The Railway Children Return | Official Trailer

The Railway Children Return serves as a sequel to the 1970’s classic film, The Railway Children, based on the E. Nesbit novel.

A group of children are evacuated to a Yorkshire village during the Second World War, where they encounter a young soldier who, like them, is far away from home.

We were the Music Supervisors for the trailer and the film is set to be released in the UK on July 15 2022.

Hullraisers | On Channel 4 now

Hullraisers, written by Meet the Richardsons star Lucy Beaumont, follows a trio of protagonists: Toni (Bridgerton’s Leah Brotherhead), Rana (Line of Duty’s Taj Atwal) and Paula (The Crown’s Sinead Matthews) as they navigate the ups and downs of friendship and family, and life in Hull.

Connie Farr was the Music Supervisor for the series which features score by Guy Garvey and Pete Jobson.

Chris Roe nominated for best original film score at The Ivor Awards 2022

We are delighted to announce that Chris Roe has been nominated for an Ivor award for his work on the BAFTA winning film ‘After Love

His stunning work on ‘After Love’ has already won him Best Original Score at Les Arcs Film Festival, so fingers crossed another win is on the cards.

Roe is classically trained as a pianist and string player and is presently a multi-instrument musician and composer. With a list of accolades and achievements to his name, he graduated from The Royal College of Music and has worked with the players from RPO and the English Session Orchestra.

Like Roe’s other scores, the music on this soundtrack has been artfully and uniquely crafted for the project at hand and builds on a vocabulary of orchestral, piano-based music.
