Great Heat placed in PS4 Watch Dogs commercial

‘Tribes’ by UK indie band Great Heat has been placed in an online commercial for Playstation 4.

The spot, showcasing new title Watch Dog was produced in line with the recent E3 conference in Los Angeles. The commercial is also set to broadcast in certain European territories.

Throwing Snow placed in The Guest trailer

‘Avarice’, from Throwing Snow’s debut album has been placed in the trailer for the forthcoming horror movie ‘The Guest’.

Starring Downton Abbey’s Dan Stevens, and due to hit UK cinemas on 5th September, the film looks set to be a tense thriller – which makes the ominous track the perfect aural accompaniment.

International trailer for Lucy released

ThinkSync Music are pleased to showcase its latest work with award-winning trailer house Ignition.

Working directly with their London office, recent projects include the international trailer for superhero film Lucy, starring Scarlett Johansson and Morgan Freeman. The trailer features a specially-commissioned reworking of Groove Armada’s ‘Look Me In The Eye Sister’.

John Wizards placed in MTV’s Faking It

‘I’m Still A Serious Guy’ by South African band John Wizards has been placed in MTV’s new romantic comedy Faking It. The show follows the escapades of a group at a high school in Austin.

‘I’m Still A Serious Guy’ will feature in episode 4, airing May 16th in the US. The track is taken from John Wizard’s critically acclaimed self-titled album.

Bastian Salbart track placed in US police drama NCIS

We’re thrilled to announce that Bastian Salbart has been placed in a recent episode of critically acclaimed police drama NCIS. ‘Can People Fly’ by the Polish progressive house producer features in a party bus scene in episode #257, airing May 6th in the US.

Diplo’s ‘Revolution’ licensed in Brazilian NGO film

ThinkSync is proud to have been involved in a recent music clearance for a charity incentive by BBH. A film shot for Brazilian NGO Grupo Ruas e Praças, the moving spot is soundtracked by Diplo’s ‘Revolution’. Thanks to Mad Decent and all writers/publishers involved in making it happen.

This film, created by Klaus Thymann and Nicolas Jayr from BBH London aims at raising awareness to the growing number of Brazilian street kids in Recife and the NGOs working there, who fight every day to improve their futures.
