We are delighted to announce that Typist Artist Pirate King premieres on Netflix UK, on 12th July 2024.
We were the music supervisors on the film which features music from Boy George, Blondie, Elbow and Fairport Convention.
Typist Artist Pirate King was written and directed by Carol Morley, produced by Cairo Cannon and stars Monica Dolan, Kelly Macdonald, and Gina McKee.
In a last-ditch mission to get recognition for her talent, a non-conformist, forgotten artist, Audrey Amiss (Dolan), persuades her psychiatric nurse, Sandra (Macdonald), to take her on a road trip back to where her story began – but with so many deviations into the past along the way, will they ever make it?
