Directed by Benjamin Bond, The Drifters follows the story of two outsiders in a post-Brexit England: Fanny, a French waitress, and Koffee, an African immigrant.
The pair embark on a sun-drenched road trip, an adventure through the summer to Devon. When they finally seem to find a haven in a small coastal town, their past lives start to catch up with them.
Connie Farr and Jenn Egan worked on the music supervision for this film which features the stunning song ‘If You Go Away’ by Rod McKuen, which he adapted from Jacques Brel’s haunting ‘Ne Me Quitte Pas’
The Drifters will make it’s world premiere on the 2nd of April, 2020
